Followers of Jesus are growing in Christ daily. As a baby experiences growth and change, we too, are being transformed into the likeness of Christ day by day. We leave our sinful nature behind and walk in newness of life that frees us to worship and serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We “grow up” as we trust the Holy Spirit to guide us through His Word, fellowship through prayer, and being faithful to gather as God’s people. We are to continue to live in vital union with Jesus, keeping our hearts in tune with His love and will for our daily living. Then we can be as Christ; His heart, His hands and feet inviting others to experience the love God has for them! (Colossians 2:67)
