We’re all familiar with the story of the four friends who brought the paralyzed man to Jesus. (Mark 2:3-12) There was no turning back. Their mission was to get their friend to Jesus. Because there was no room in the house, they lowered the man through the roof. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”
Could it be said of us? “When Jesus saw their faith?” Is there someone ready to meet Jesus due to the faithful prayer and actions of a few close friends? Oh, God, give us eyes to see and hearts to respond in faith for that one in need of meeting Jesus!
