According to the “Church Year Calendar”, we are moving into a season of growth (Green). The scriptures will move us along in the work and ministry of the “Body of Christ” now extending God’s love and forgiveness to the whole world. This is our story as disciples of Jesus Christ; God working in us and through us to invite others to be a part of God’s story. He has chosen us to be His ambassadors. 2 Corinthians 5:20: “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.” What joy to be a part of pointing others to a right relationship with Jesus that they too may experience new life in Christ.
