Our goal is for children is to understand themselves as children of God, explore and deepen their relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and love and serve God and Neighbor. Vancleave UMC offers a variaty of activities for our children to get connected in the church.

Adult Sunday School
Come join us each week to learn, laugh, and share the word of God. The class takes place in a very relaxed setting, all are welcome and enchouaraged to attend. Our class is a wonderful opportunity for Christian fellowship.
Wednesday Night Together
Come experience food, fun and fellowship on Wednesday Night Together!
5:00 p.m. – Supper
6:00 p.m. – Children and Youth activity, Adult Bible Study
7:00 p.m. – Choir Practice in Sanctuary
Sassy Saints
Older adults experience an opportunity to love and care for one another. We generally meet every third Thursday of the month at a designated place to enjoy a meal and fellowship together.
Seashore Mission
Seashore Mission is an outreach to the Homeless located in Biloxi, MS.On the first Thursday of every month, Vancleave and Mt. Pleasant UM churches provide a meal to the mission.
Bible Studies
Ladies Bible Study: Starts Tues January 14,2020 at 6pm atVUMC Adult Sunday School Classroom. It is a 10-week verse-by-verse study of the Book of Hebrews, Jen Wilkin explores how God “provided something better for us” in the person of Jesus Christ (Heb. 11:40). Vacation Bible School 2021
Vacation Bible School is a week long activity for children of the community held yearly in the summer. It is held at “New Prospect Campground”. This VBS event is scheduled for June 7-11 2021 – 5:00 to 8:15 PM
The Church has Left the Building
Once a year on Sunday the church leaves the building and goes out into the world to do many great things for God
Camp Meeting
Camp meeting week is scheduled yearly in October. This year’s Camp meeting will start Saturday Oct 12 2019 through Sunday Oct 20 2019. Find out more.
