Meet Our Pastor Rev. Ken Hart and His Wife Donna
Grace and Peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ! My name is Ken Hart and I offer you greetings from the saints here at Vancleave United Methodist Church. I come to Vancleave after serving churches in Roxie, Corinth, Hattiesburg, Vicksburg, Auburn, Greenville, Drew, Coldwater, and our last appointment in Brookhaven. I am a second occupation pastor and I am a graduate from Copiah Lincoln Community College with a A.A. in General Studies; a B.A. in American History from University of Southern Mississippi; and a Masters in Divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tennessee. My wife Donna is from White Plains, NY, but her parents moved to Natchez when she was a pre-teen. She went to school at Adams County Christian School before finishing her formal education at Natchez-Adams High School. After High School Donna went to work for the Department of Tourism for Mississippi and rose to be the Manager of the State Welcome Center in Natchez. After relocating to North Mississippi, she opened the new Welcome Center at Corinth. After moving to South Mississippi, Donna would achieve a B.S. in Elementary Education for William Carey College in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She is now a retired homemaker. We have four (4) adult daughters, five grandsons, three granddaughters, two great-grandsons, and two miniature Red Dachshunds’ – Happi and Hunee. We are thrilled to be in Vancleave and look forward to be in the service of the Lord here at Vancleave!
